We rebuilt the way HOA websites are built and managed in Perfect HOA. You now get a drag-and-drop block editor for every page, switches that control exactly what your owners can see, and the option to publish your association’s financial reports straight to your community. It is one of the biggest improvements we have shipped to date.
For most associations, the community website sits in an awkward place. It is the first thing a prospective buyer looks at and the place current owners go when they need a document or a due date, but it is usually the hardest thing to change. Wanting to swap a photo or add a page meant filing a request and waiting on someone else’s queue.
That model never made sense to us, so we replaced it. Managing your website is now something you do yourself, in minutes, with no code and no tickets.
A drag-and-drop editor for every page
The new editor gives you a block library down the left side, your live page in the middle, and a settings panel for whatever you have selected on the right. You can drop in a hero section, a text block, an image gallery, a column layout, or a button. Then edit it in place to see the result right away.
- A full block library covering sections, columns, headings, text, images, galleries, and buttons.
- Live editing with a per-block settings panel, so you change content where it actually appears.
- Desktop, tablet, and mobile previews before anything goes out.
- Save as draft or publish when you are ready, on your schedule.
You decide what your owners can see
Every community draws the line somewhere different, so the members portal is now a set of switches rather than a fixed template. Turn a section on and it appears in your owners’ navigation. Turn it off and it disappears. Changes take effect immediately, with nothing to republish and no support request to file.
You control the documents library, events calendar, resident directory, amenity reservations, and dues and payments individually, and you can switch the password-protected owners area on or off as a whole.
Financial transparency, without the records request
This is the part we are most excited about. You can now publish your association’s financial reports to the owners portal, including the profit and loss statement and the new balance sheet. The reports pull live from your books, which means owners see the same current numbers you do, not a PDF from three months ago.
Transparency is usually a goal associations agree on and then struggle to act on, because acting on it has historically meant compiling packets and answering the same questions over and over. Publishing the reports directly takes that work off your plate and gives owners a straight answer whenever they want one. Fewer records requests, fewer rumors at the annual meeting, more trust in the board.
As with everything else here, you stay in control. Share every report, share a couple, or share none at all.
Make it look like your community
A single global palette drives the colors across your whole site. Pick your primary, secondary, and accent colors and the preview beside you updates as you edit, so headings, body text, links, buttons, and badges all stay consistent without any per-page fiddling. You can also point your own domain at the site and manage your navigation and pages from the same place.
Everything in one place
The website overview gives you published pages, visitors, unpublished changes, and form submissions at a glance, along with your recently edited pages and quick actions for the portal, navigation, theme, and domain.
Where to find it
HOA Website management now lives in the Operations sub-menu. It is no longer under Settings, so if you have used it before, that is the one thing that moved.
Try it yourself
The new builder is available now to every Perfect HOA community. If you are not using Perfect HOA yet, you can build a community site, set your portal permissions, and see the whole platform during your trial.
One more thing worth saying: this release exists because managers told us the old way of handling websites was not good enough. That feedback is how we learn what to build next. If you have an idea that would make Perfect HOA better for your community, send it to support@perfecthoa.com. We read all of it.
